Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Kansas City, MO.
Paul helped me buy my first house and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Paul always responded to my emails and requests promptly, sometimes showing me a house 30 minutes from the time I made contact with him. He was extremely honest, and I truly feel he was looking out for what was best for me throughout the entire purchase, never putting himself first. While I did not make him show me an excessive amount of homes, Paul showed houses and wrote up a contract for me on New Years Day, and when that fell through, he woke up and worked on Saturday mornings to get my next contract in. When I say Paul was extremely available... I mean it! Paul definitely made the house buying process a bit easier and I am very very thankful that I just happened to stumble across him on an online real estate site!

Paul has helped us before purchase real estate, and will be our first pick again in the future. I recommend him to everyone I know because of his years of experience, availability, knowledge, and overall great attitude. He's extremely easy to work with and answers all of our questions. This recent purchase could only have been handled by an experienced real estate agent like him. We were out of state, and if he hadn't followed through with everything the bank and seller needed us to do, we would not have our home. This experience is exactly why it's extremely important you have an amazing agent like Paul. I wouldn't trust anyone else to potentially the largest purchase of your life. So many things can go wrong, and Paul is without a doubt knowledgable enough to handle all unique situations.

Paul helped us purchase our first home. He is very patient as we saw many homes and had many questions. He is very knowledgable and personable. I enjoyed our time house hunting with Paul. He made it a fun and relaxing expierence . I would deffianitly recommend Paul toto others buying or even selling a home. I will also use him again if we ever decide to move.

I have bought two house and sold one house with Paul. It is always a good experience. Paul is friendly and knowledgable. He doesnt complain even when we look at 75 houses and end up buying the third house we looked at.

Bought a home in 2012.
Paul was great in assisting me in purchasing my first home. He showed me many homes and was willing to meet me anytime to fit my schedule. Paul is very prompt in responding to e-mails/phone calls and is there when you need him. Paul possesses a lot of knowledge and patience, which is admirable of a Real Estate Agent. More importantly, he is very upfront and honest.
I would recommend Paul to all homebuyers and home sellers. He truly made process painless!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kansas City, MO.
Paul was very helpful and responsive, even with a couple questions AFTER closing. I had a very busy schedule and little access to a phone. Paul helped everything keep moving forward and very effectively used and communicated via e-mail and other electronic means.

Bought a home in 2011.
I have already recommended Paul Garnett to Friends and Family. We had a wonderful time and experience with Paul. He showed us in excess of 50 homes with knowledge and patience. He was willing to meet us anywhere at anytime to fit our needs. He took things we said about each house to find houses closer to what we were looking for. He always had time for us, and made us feel as we were the most important client he had.

My family and I have worked with Paul for years. He has become a great friend and has always been an excellent agent. He has sold 3 house's for us and we bought 1 through him. He is there when you need him or have any questions at all. He has been in the real estate business for years so he knows what he is talking about.

Paul took time to show me about 50-70 homes. He listens carefully and remembers my desires and needs when I am looking for a home to purchase or sell. He notices important details bringing them to my attention. Paul's demeanor is very cool, calm, relaxed, polite, courteous. He is a delightful person. He answers his home phone and promptly returns my calls. Paul is very efficient with paperwork and is a team player.

I've known Mr. Garnett for over 3 years now and in that time he has assisted my husband and I with buying a new home from a builder in Smithville, MO and with selling our other home in Overland Park, KS. He is now assisting my mother with buying a home in Smithville.
