I have been a resident of Rensselaer county my entire life. I worked for 30 years as a supervisor for BASFin Rensselaer until their closing. My wife Patricia worked for 28 years for New York State as a student loan supervisor. Together we raised four children and currently have eight grandchildren. I have a very good knowledge of the market conditions in the Capital District. I have had sales all of the neighboring counties.
