If I'm not knee deep in gin clear water with my 4 weight Winston or teaching a real estate class, I'm talking strategy with buyers or sellers about how to maximize their real estate transaction.

I love to fly fish and camp in the woods. And I know the best spots from Washington to Montana. If I'm not streamside, I'm discussing strategies with sellers on how to get the most dollars for their home or helping buyers find their slice of the American Dream. It's amazing how similar these two activities are. Experience has shown me that in both, preparation creates opportunity. I also love teaching. If I'm not teaching a real estate class for new Realtors, I'm teaching a bible study for neighborhood couples. Life is complex with many "pot holes" along the way. We need each other to make the best of it. My passion is to mentor others, helping them to get more out of life.

I've lived in the Spokane area for more than 22 years! I've fly fished just about every river, stream, pond and lake within 400 miles. I know this area like the back of my hand and have listed and sold everything from a single wide mobile home on leased land to a 3,000 acre ranch fronting a mile of "class A, blue ribbon" waterfront. My passion is people and helping them realize their dreams and potential in real estate. Real estate is one of our most valued assets. I know Spokane, Liberty Lake, Newman Lake, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden Lake, Lake Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding area. This is my "stomping ground" and I've listed/sold hundreds of properties in the past 17 years. I'm not pushy, but I'll be honest. I can help you get to your real estate goals.
