We very enthusiastically recommend Paul. Historically we've been pretty skeptical of a lot of the real estate agents we've dealt with. And Paul we just happened to meet on Zillow when inquiring about one of his properties, so had no reason to think this would be any different. But wow, what a great experience he had. We were relatively new to the area, and his knowledge of the Fishers - Carmel - Noblesville - Indianapolis area was absolutely tremendous and second to none, and extremely helpful in helping us narrow down our search. He stuck with us as we looked at a ton of homes and bid on more than one. We looked at a big price range of homes, and he clearly always had our best interests at heart and helped focus us on the homes that were good values rather than big price tags. And if anything, he was a tougher negotiator than we were rather than encouraging us to spend more! It was such a refreshing change from what you would typically expect. We couldn't recommedned Paul's services more.…More Less

Our realtor was Penny Narum. She was such a help from the first home she showed to us. She was very careful to make sure that we understood the whole process from the beginning. There was never a time that when we called her that she did not return the call shortly, even when she was on vacation. She made the nerve racking process of purchasing our home easy with her calm attitude and professional expertise. My husband and I can not say enough positive about her and Paul Bates agency. Bought a home in 2009.Summary:
Paul Bates helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He educated us on the local areas, set up an electronic feed that matched our criteria so we could review the inventory (at our leisure), and patiently toured us through numerous homes until we found "the one." He then walked us through the purchase agreement, successfully negotiated with the other agent on our behalf, and ensured that we seamlessly made it to closing.
