As a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) I am thorough and detail-oriented. This means I will present you with information and advice based on hard data that is complete, accurate, and timely so that you can be fully confident in your real estate decisions.

I am experienced with technology and the internet, I earned my E-pro designation in 2001 (National Association of Realtors – Certified Internet Professional), I make the extra effort to use the best tools available to get things done quickly and efficiently to help you reach your goals.

I believe that strong relationships depend on communication. I listen to your needs, prepare you for what to expect, update you as we move through the process from beginning to end, and support your needs. I understand just how valuable people's time really is. My job is to work diligently behind the scenes to make YOUR goals happen with as little of your time and effort as possible.

I personally guarantee my services. As a seller, if you're not 100% satisfied with your listing, you can cancel our contract at any time with no penalty. As a buyer, I do not require a signed commitment to me, because I am convinced that you will be completely satisfied.

I have been in real estate for over 25 years.  I was licensed as a real estate agent in 1984  Most agents are satisfied with this level of licensing,  but I have gone on to receive my broker's license as well in 2001.  This means MORE education and MORE experience.  I am a FULL TIME broker/agent. Real Estate is my career and not a part time job.

As a RE/MAX agent from 1995 to 2002, I was consistently among the highest producing agents earning 100% Club awards, Platinum Club awards and was inducted into the RE/MAX  Hall of Fame in 2002.  Awards are nice, but we measure our success not by designations and awards, but by the amount of satisfaction we bring to our clients.

Having had success as a top-producing agent for RE/MAX, we felt it was time to open a boutique-type office where we can give an incredible amount of personal attention to our clients.  With this in mind, Carol (my wife) and I opened RanchoMar Realty in 2002.  I am the real estate broker, and Carol is a real estate agent.  When you work with us, you will be dealing directly with us – we won't assign you to some unknown person of our team. I would highly recommend Paul Broach for your real estate needs. He helped my family and I purchase our first home and guided us through every step. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Vista, CA.

I found Paul on zillow and chose him to be my agent for the sale of my rental property because of his impressive amount of recent sales, years of experience and because his company is a non corporate, private, customer focused organization. I first met Paul at my rental property and we performed a walk through and he intelligently suggested potential repairs that needed to be addressed in order to sell the property for a good price as well as maximize the potential speed of the sale. I listened to every suggestion Paul made and spent about a month preparing the property. Paul suggested several contractors who did a great job on the property. He even called and arranged estimates and dates to begin work. He acted as both a real estate agent and a project manager. I was very impressed. The house went on the market all cleaned up and staged with nice decorative plants and various ornaments that Paul provided. The house had multiple offers in two days. Paul sat down with me and explained the pros and cons of every offer so I was able to make an intelligent choice. Within three days of being listed it was in escrow. During escrow the document signing process was a breeze. All electronic and seamless (although I know if you are not tech savvy Paul would make sure you would receive the paperwork just as easy.) During escrow Paul was able to help mitigate repair contingencies to fair outcomes. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with Paul and his company. I will be using him in the future for all real estate transactions. I would recommend Paul without hesitation to anyone who prefers white glove, first class, experienced service. Justin  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Vista, CA.

Paul was great when there were problems to resolve. He is very trustable and got us a buy right away at a fair price. He also sold a house for us years ago. Same great service. really!
