Sold a home in 2011.

Working with Paul has always been a pleasure and an incredibly wise move. What I like best about Paul is his ability to give feedback (good or bad) on neighborhoods, schools, housing layouts, etc. I've purchased two different homes via Paul, both transactions were fantastic. I also used him to buy and sell our first home. We got an accepted offer in less than 3 weeks and one of those weeks was over the July 4th holiday when no one is house hunting.

He takes care of the the details, Highly recommend.

Showed home in 2000 in Winnmere, Burlington, MA 01803.

Paul Conti appears to be very experienced and he has worked in Burlington for over 15 years. But Paul needs to be more professional. For example, if you talk to him about a possibility of being your list agent and later if you did not hire him, his real estate knowledge of local might become against you. He will tell all his clients the possible problem of the property has and why he would not sell it for you. On the other hand, a buyer may found out he sometimes overwelmingly propmotes his seller even helps some quick-and-dirty repair job to pass inspection. This to somehow is understandable because this is where his commission comes from. But he should have more establishment towards professional realtor's role. As he should always realize it is buyer and seller together make his business possible and he should be fair to both.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Burlington, MA.

Hiring Paul to sell my house turned out to be among the best decisions that I made recently. First of all, I should thank my friend Asish for recommending Paul to me.

We have moved out of the house two and half years back and rented it out for last 2 years. I gave the house to Paul once my tenant vacated to sell. As it was rented house, Paul recommended to do some work in the house and he took care of everything in finding the right and economical contractors, then getting work done properly and in timely manner and then arranging payments etc... He even paid for few things from his own pocket. I would have gone crazy if I need to do every thing by my self.

Then he got the house staged so beautifully. He must of paid good amount of money for staging. Since the house was empty, the staging helped a lot to sell the house.

Then he put together a very good listing in MLS with beautiful pictures and excellent video tour with accurate details of the house.

Once the house went into market, we got multiple offers as the house was priced correctly. He negotiated with the buyer agents skillfully and was able to get multiple offers above the asking price. When I was in confusion on which buyer to select, he helped me to choose the right buyer which turned out to be a good decision and the the house closing was done in timely manner and as planned. He also helped to fix and handle some issues that came up during the inspection.

At the end I am so glad I hired Paul Conti and I was able to sell my house above the asking price sitting 3000 miles away in California.

Also Paul's commission rate was very reasonable and lower than those other agents from big real estate firms that I talked to.
