We are very particular buyers and the home/lot we were dreaming of was a difficult/specific match to find. Paul was very patient with us as we walked through many homes. Paul went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. He responded quickly to our calls and emails and never hesitated to open his schedule to work with ours when we wanted to see a listed home.

Paul's background in the building and home maintenance field made him a valuable resource when discussing potential needed repairs and expenses. He is very knowledgeable about the current housing market and did not hesitate to share his thoughts on the fair pricing of a listing. Additionally, Paul has extensive knowledge with township processes for zoning, property assessment and taxes having served on various township boards and committees.

In summary, we always felt that Paul was truly dedicated to helping us find our dream home and reaching our goal rather than just trying to sell us a house and make a commission.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Rockford, MI.

I have already recommended Paul to several of my family members and friends. Besides the fact that he brought a buyer to me within a few days of visiting with him for the first time, throughout the entire process he took care of every detail quickly and was always looking out for my best interests. Despite a couple of minor snags in the sale of the house, Paul was able to help me work through them in ways that were satisfactory to both parties involved. He really made the entire process of selling my home easy, understandable and quick. I was out of my home just one month from the first day I met with Paul! I appreciated his professional demeanor and also his easy goingway of handling whatever came our way.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Creston, Grand Rapids, MI.

We met Paul when he was showing an open house and were impressed with him. We asked him if he would be our agent to sell our house. Our original instincts were correct. He was a great agent - reliable, friendly, helpful, and got the job done! Our house sold in a difficult market in a timely manner.

Bought a home in 2012 in Ada, Forest Hills, MI 49301.

March 25, 2012 To whom it may concern, We can’t say enough about Paul Eslinger. We enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to either sell or purchase real. We found him to be knowledgeable with respect to the real estate market, knowledgeable regarding the entire real estate transaction process (short sale in our case), and even types of construction. He was punctual, always showing up on time or early to appointments and quickly returned calls and emails. Paul illustrated a good understanding of contracts and negotiation etiquette, and really, was just a nice guy to deal with. Our initial search for our new home was limited to a very small area and began with my wife and I looking at what was available on GRAR.COM and by going to open houses to get a “feel” for what was available and at what prices. We were not working with a realtor at that point. We knew working with the right realtor would make our house hunting task easier but we hadn’t met any that we were comfortable with until we met Paul. We met him while attending an open house he was hosting and though in the end we were not interested in the house he was showing, his demeanor put us at ease and we engaged in a conversation about our housing plans. We agreed at first to have him forward any listings to us that matched our interests which were lake front homes only at that point. Over the course of the next several weeks as homes began to show up that could be of interested I started make calls to Paul to discuss them, and on one occasion found one just listed that I wanted to see ASAP and he was able to meet me at the house in 10 minutes. We had many appointments with Paul to view houses and he was always on time, if not early to meet us. This was very important to us as I travel weekly and my availability to view homes was limited. In the end we decided to open our search to homes that were not lake front and quickly found a home that we were excited about. It was a short sale, maybe not quite a standard transaction. We had a deadline to close and therefore would characterize ourselves as perhaps a little “pushy”. We would call or email Paul asking if X, Y or Z had been done yet an in every case, Paul always seemed to be one step ahead us. We will not hesitate to work with Paul again on any future real estate endeavor. Sincerely, Harold and Nadine Daraskavich

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Michigan Oaks, Grand Rapids, MI.

Paul is quick to respond and goes well beyond a client's expectations. There was a question about our deeded lake access and Paul contacted the township himself and remedied a technicality that none of the shared access owners in our neighborhood were aware of.

Paul was a pleasure to work with and always had our best interest in mind. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Paul is an excellent agent! He helped us buy a house as we were transitioning from out of state; he provided us with a smooth and easy purchasing experience. He was extremely responsive to questions and sales agreement matters, always offering immediate communication and explanations in detail. He is very personable and positive; Paul was a please to work with during such an important decision making process! Paul played a HUGE role in locating a house for us in our desired area, lot size, and price range, expecially since much of our initial search was from long distance. With his wealth of knowledge about real estate and area locations, he found us the perfect fit! We have recently moved into our house and could not be any happier - Thank You Paul!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Rockford, MI.

When we decided to sell our house, we contacted Maghielse & Company and were referred to Paul. We were very impressed with his responsiveness to potential buyers questions, knowledge of construction of houses, and professionalism that we decided to use him to purchase our next house.

I feel that Paul sets himself apart from other realtors because he has knowledge of actual construction of houses. Paul can help buyers out by looking at how the house was built, any potential problems, etc. rather than just taking you through the front door, reading off what is on the house listing, and pointing out the obvious items.

One other item that was very important to us was his availability to talk and email back and forth with us. I know that he is very busy, but he never makes you feel like he doesn't have time for you. You always feel like you are his number one client and he will take the time to answer any of your questions and set up times to meet with you to go through houses.

We have recommended Paul to other buyers and they have had the same experience with him as we did. I would strongly recommend Paul, whether you are buying or selling your house.

Paul was professional all the way in his realty dealings with us. Went out of his way to be helpful. Knew the area well and also had an insightful background in house construction. Help set up inspections and oversee extras when they were needed the most. This experience was great for buying a home remotely with minimum hassle.
