Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Randolph, NJ.Summary:
Paul helped me greatly as my wife and I searched high and low for the first home for our family. The entire process ended up taking nearly a year, which included a deal that fell apart at the closing date after we had jumped through hoops for months trying to make work. This was the fault of the seller (bank owned property, Bank of America) and Paul showed great patience and expertise in trying to salvage the deal. It all worked out for the better however, because Paul found us an incredible property that was everything that we wished for and guided us through the process and fought to get us the price and terms that we wanted. I could not be more pleased with a realtor; he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get us what we wanted within the tight constraints of our budget. I have recommended him and will continue to recommend him to anybody who needs a realtor.…More Less
