Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Austin, TX.
Paul was so great to work with when buying our first home. He took his time showing us different homes to view and was very responsive when we had questions or wanted to go see a property the same day. The whole process went very smoothly and was pain free! He also brought us a 6-pack of our favorite beer to the closing and even made signing all those papers a fun process! I would definitely recommend Paul to use as your realtor!!

Sold a home in 2011.
Could not have asked for a better Relator! Paul has a great attitude, wonderful business knowledge and his personality is great to work with.
I have recommend Paul to multiple friends and will continue to do so when I am asked who we used to buy our new home.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Riverside, Austin, TX.
After speaking with another realtor who was pushing me toward properties I wasn't interested in, Paul got me to see a property I was interested in. I prefer to find places I'm interested online, then have the agent show me and Paul was perfect for this style. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the buying process, which was key because it had been some time since my last purchase. The lender he set me up with was just satisfactory and there was an issue with getting the right rate, but as an agent, Paul was excellent. You should feel confident going with Paul as a buyer.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in MLK 183, Austin, TX.
I was introduced to Paul while looking for an investment property in East Austin. I was immediately impressed by the vast knowledge he has of the market. We found the perfect house within two weeks, put in an aggressive offer, which was accepted, and closed a month later.
