Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Niskayuna, NY.
Paul was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my many questions. With his help we were able to get offers on our house in less than a week. We were grateful as we needed to sell in order to move out of state.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Clifton Park, NY.
Paul was our listing agent. With Paul's market analysis, we were able to set a realistic listing price which attracted a lot of potential buyers to our property. When issues arose regarding scheduling of viewings through a centralized booking service, Paul and his team stepped up to the plate and took over this function which cured the problems we had been having. Although we would have preferred checking a database regarding which agent was showing our house and the feedback from that buying agent's clients, Paul always would call us after a showing to update us on the feedback about our house. When it comes to getting the job done, Paul and his real estate team take the time and effort even if that means working weekends and/or beyond the normal 9-5 work hours. Thanks for your service during the 6 months it took to sell our home!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Schenectady, NY.
Being first time home buyers we had very little knowledge of all that entailed with buying a home. Paul was not only there to find us our dream home but also there to help us along the way with all the questions we had, and we had many! Paul definitely had our best interest in mind , making sure what we were looking at was reasonable and that we weren't going to have to settle for anything less then exactly what we wanted. Paul was there anytime of the day or night which was a HUGE help! He helped us find our home even when we were discouraged that we wouldnt find exactly what we wanted while in our price range. We will recommend Paul to any of our friends or family who will be in the market. He is a stand up, professional guy who is just the Realtor you want working for you!

Paul Friello is a one of a kind real estate agent. He handled a sticky situation
with my mother's house with ease and with the upmost professionalism.
With never having to sell a home before I had no idea what to expect. But
Paul handled my unique situation and made the sale seem efforiessly.
I highly recommend Paul.
I am an local attorney and have worked with Paul and his staff for over 15 years on hundreds of closings. I would highly recommend Paul to any prospective buyer or seller based on the professionalism and expertise that he provides to his clients.
Paul Friello and his team were fantastic, knowledgable, reliable, and all around there for me and my family during the entire process. Very hands on and available for our multiple questions. Paul Friello and his team really showed they care and went over every step. It was very personable and they slowed down everything so we really understood what was going on. He was also very respectful----My wife is very sensitive with her name and he pronounced it perfectly every time(I know she appreciated that)
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in New Scotland, Albany, NY.
Paul was our buyers and sellers agent in our recent move. Despite being recommended by a family member who used to work with him, he has consistently failed us. He has not sold our house in nearly 3 months on the market, refused to have an open house and has not called us in over a month. On more than one occassion when I called during a workday, he was out on a golf outing. To top it off, a nearly identical house in our neighborhood sold in 15 days.
On more than 1 house we looked to purchase, he suggested offering prices $30,000 above what the house eventually sold for. I know we overpaid for our new house, estimating it is at least $25,000 over what it should have sold for. Please take this warning and avoid working with Paul. Hopefully this review will spur him to become a better agent.

Happy to see your home sold. I only wish you would’ve used that price when I had recommended it 3 mo. earlier. We all know buyers & sellers set the price at which homes sell for; NOT agents.Sometimes houses that appear identical are not,300 sqft larger for $20k less can & WILL make a difference in a sale.
I’m confused about the golf comment as I’m not an avid golfer. I did golf in a charity event once, however my cell phone was with me & I was reachable anytime. Also my 2 assistants were at the office readily available to my clients. I apologize for any communication issues.I should’ve called you as well as your wife on a weekly basis.
After looking at many houses & putting 2 offers in at the same time,YOU chose to accept the counter offer. Now you feel you over paid!? I recall you felt that way about your 1st home that you then lived in for over 9yrs.I’m sure your new home will treat you as well if not better knowing you bought at the right time with mortgage rates at a 30+ yr low.
I first worked with Paul in 2003 when selling a home in Schenectady. I liked his direct approach and realistic outlook on selling my home. It is for this reason that I have continued to use his services throughout the years and have ALWAYS referred friends/family to him.
Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $100K in Rotterdam, NY.
I used Paul a few years ago to sell my house in Rotterdam, NY. He was easy to work with and got me considerably more than I thought I would get on my house. I believe we also sold the house within a month or 2. I'd recommend Paul to anyone looking to sell a home.
