Sold a home in 2003.
I first worked with Paul in 2003 when selling a home in Schenectady. I liked his direct approach and realistic outlook on selling my home. It is for this reason that I have continued to use his services throughout the years and have ALWAYS referred friends/family to him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $100K in Rotterdam, NY.
I used Paul a few years ago to sell my house in Rotterdam, NY. He was easy to work with and got me considerably more than I thought I would get on my house. I believe we also sold the house within a month or 2. I'd recommend Paul to anyone looking to sell a home.

Sold a home in 2010.
Paul did a great job for us. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable, professional and understanding. He was able to sell our house very close to asking price. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

Paul Friello did an excellent job of selling our home. Our home was a log home and we knew that the number of prospective buyers would be limited. Paul was professional and pursued selling our home very aggressively. We would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their home.
