Great team to work with - they negotiated my house to a reasonable price. They followed though with everything they said they would and I would refer someone else to buy a house from them anytime!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Lebanon, PA.
Paula exceeded our expectations as a realtor. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process of buying a house. Many times she advised us on situations that were unclear or unfamiliar with our best interest in mind. She was always prompt to respond to our calls and emails. She was also very willing to help us find the house that fit our needs even though that meant looking at many houses. She stood by us til the end…and we knew we were in good hands!!
Paula is the best!!

Bought a home in 2010.
I was so grateful to have found such a knowledgable and professional realtor. I decided to purchase a home during a very busy but exciting time in my life. Because Paula was sincerely understanding, she was able to meet me at places and times that other realtors would not have done.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Leesport, PA.
Paula was listed on the for sale sign of the very first property we looked at. She came and met us that day out in the boondocks behind Ft Indiantown Gap. From that day on she was extremely attentive and professional in helping us purchase a home. She was tireless in meeting us at places all over Lebanon and Berks Counties...daytime, evenings, weekends...you name it. She was extremely helpful in identifying things to be cautious about and what to do for inspections, etc. Her connections with the financial folks worked out well. Paula is a woman of integrity and a pleasure to work with when identifying and buying a home. Her knowledge and expertise show at every step through the process.

Paula has great knowledge of the PA area and her expertise helped us buy our house. She was very prompt with her negotiation skills and responded in a timely manner. We found a great house, in a great neighborhood, at a great price with the assistance of Paula. I highly recommed her as a real estate agent. We are also really good friends now too.

Bought a home in 2010.
When we found the house of our dreams, Paula was right there to contact the seller and get negotiations under way. We had a rough time getting to the settlement table, but Paula was right there through every painful set back or the joyous triumphs that was achieved until we finally reached settlement day.
Paula is very personable and will treat you with respect and kindness that not all realtors give. She's not out looking for a house that's out of your price range so she will make a big commission; she's there for her client(s) only and does an amazing job! She's not only a realtor that helped us buy a house, we gained a friend.

Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2008 in Palmyra, PA.
After living at our farm in Hershey, PA for nearly 40 years, it had become too much for us to take care of. Paula Moditch understood that we needed something smaller and more manageable. We felt very fortunate to find Paula as our Realtor. Not only was she able to quickly find a new home that was easy for us to manage but also in a community with neighbors like us and near our age. Soon afterwards, Paula found a buyer for our unique old home, which was not an easy task.
We were most pleased though in who Paula was as a person. She always had a comforting smile and a reassuring knowledge about the buying/selling process that we were confident with her and she always made us feel at ease. Bought a home in 2012.
When I began looking for a home I was lucky enough to pick Paula from a list of suggested agents on a local real estate web site. She has been with me every step of the way, and has consistently gone above and beyond what was necessary to help me. She has even taken time out of her day to help me purchase furniture and measure at the new home to make sure everything would fit, something that was certainly not part of her obligation as an agent. Paula is not only an amazing real estate agent, she is an amazing person who actually cares about people and enjoys helping them. She truly wants what is best for her clients and I could never praise her enough for all she has done for me.
