Bought a home in 2013.
Paula is a true professional. She spent time with my husband and myself reviewing what we needed in the purchase of a recent home. She was extremely helpful, explaining every detail and leaving nothing to chance. Paula was always available for our questions and helped us explore all options. Knowing what we were looking for she found us a perfect home that fit for all of our needs. It was everything we were looking for and I am certain we would never have found it without her help. Without reservation I highly recommend Paula as your agent!

Property manage a Single Family home in Erie, PA.
We met Paula when friends of ours were going to sell there home. They asked if we knew a realtor. We had friends that had solr there home so we call there realtor and they had Paula contact them. That was how we met Paula. We are planing on selling our home so we have had Paula give us tips on updating. Any time we have questions she is there with a visit or a phone call. Can't say enough about her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Erie, PA.
I recently bought a single family home in Erie with Paula as my buyer's agent. Some of the realtors I spoke to before deciding on Paula were very pushy and didn't explain the process involved with buying a home to me. Their interests seemed to be their commission. This was my first home purchase and Paula was extremely patient. She answered all my questions and was very honest about problems in some of the homes I was interested in. When I finally found the right house for me she worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. Bottom line Paula puts the needs of her clients first. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in Girard, PA.
Paula was a wonderful realtor! She worked around our schedules for viewings and everything up to and including the closing. We looked at many many properties and Paula was very knowledgeable and quite frank with us regarding issues with the various homes. Ultimately she found the perfect match for us. Somehow she was able to decipher exactly what we were looking for and found it. I strongly recommend Paula to anyone who is searching for their perfect home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Erie, PA.
Paula is wonderful at listening to what you want and finding it for you! She found us a roomy home in a lovely, convenient neighborhood...for a great price!! It even came with " million dollar sunsets"! She did a great job! thank you, Paula!!

Showed home in 2012 in Erie, PA.
We flew into town and had only two days to view alot of homes. Paula was completely organized with our schedule. She had a super friendly personality which made us feel relaxed and comfortable under the time contraints. She was very professional and went out of her way to get us into homes that were not scheduled. She has alot of good knowledge regarding the erie county area and gave us valuable information about the neighborhoods we were viewing.

Paula has been my real estate agent during several house hunts. She has always been very helpful and patient. She isn't someone who comes across like she is just looking to make a sale. She seems to really care about her clients and their needs.

We ended up not finding a house that we liked better than our current home, which was no fault of Paula's, just happended to be what was available on the market at the time. We would highly recommend Paula to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
