Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Spring Hill, FL.
I call Paula "My Angel". I was recently divorced and wanted to move to Florida from Pennsylvania. I looked at the reviews and pictures on Zillow. Found Paula. From my very first phone call to her to the closing, it was a very pleasant experience. I talked with Paula on a Tuesday evening and asked her to set up several houses for me to view on Saturday. I told her my price limit and the type of neighborhood I was interested in. I only had one day to look at homes. Paula scheduled many homes for me to look at with various price ranges, but not exceeding my limit. The homes were in excellent neighborhoods, some in 55+, some in gated, etc. 2 of the homes were exactly what I was looking for, but one stood out as the home for me. Paula was absolutely wonderful and professional with the entire process, from viewing, offer, counter offers, inspections, finding a mortgage company, to closing. I have purchased and sold several homes, but this purchase and move was the easiest. I can recommend Paula without any reservations as a the best Real Estate Agent I have had the pleasure of working with. Paula definitely listened to my wants and needs and did not disappoint me, in fact she exceeded all my expectations as an agent.

Excellent agent to ork with. She was very responsive and followed through on assurances. I trusted her enough that I allowed her to examine properties on her own and give me her opinion of their suitability for my needs.

Bought a home in 2013.
We are from Maine and had contacted several real estate Agents for our home search in Florida. It seemed like no one wanted to work for us. They would not show up for the showing when we had arraigned a trip from Maine to look at houses and they would never call us back or they would say they couldn't show us or had no access to property details. Needless to say we were discouraged. Then we got in contact with Paula Lopes! Paula kept close contact and sent us information on hundreds of homes. After looking on line for one year, we took a trip to Florida to look at a couple of house that we loved. The house we thought we loved was not what we wanted once we saw it in person. That's was o.k. because Paula had 3 more lined up because she knew what we were looking for in a home. She hit the nail on the head with the first home she had showed us! We looked at the rest but wanted to comeback to the first one. She let us take our time with many questions to ask as we had made an offer, and then counter offer. We were so excited and Paula was sincerely excited for us! She is such a nice lady and a very wise Agent. We have family looking for property in Florida, we have already introduced them to Paula as we will our friends and anyone else. She will get our recommendations for the most wonderful person to help you find and buy your Florida Home! Thank you to Paula-we love you!!

Sold a home in 2012.
Paula was knowledgeable about all the questions I had and she was able to answer and help me with the selling process.
I was very lucky because there was a buyer for the home withing 4 days of putting it on the market.
My thanks to Paula for her help and assistance throughout the process.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Spring Hill, FL.
My family’s quest to find a new home first began overseas. Since I work as a contractor oversea I needed to start the process of looking for homes online. I had sent out e-mails to numerous realtors/reality agencies and received many replies, but every reply was just a generic response to my e-mail, except from Paula Lopes. She replied personally to me, introduced herself and asked me specifics of what I was looking for. All of my correspondence with Paula was always answered quickly and very helpful. Paula provided me with a lot of very useful information, especially being a first time buyer. I had a limited amount of time while I was home on vacation to look for a house, so Paula had many homes for us to take a look at. When I met with Paula she was very friendly and willing to assist us in every way possible. We looked at many houses, but not one seemed to be the one for us, but this didn’t stop Paula from continuing to find some for us to look at. Well, through all her hard work and talking to us to get ideas of what we were looking for, Paula found us our new home. We are very happy and are looking forward to getting back to Florida to be in our new home. I would very highly recommend Paula Lopes as a highly motivated and friendly person for all your needs, she makes the experience very personal and follows up with you during the entire process. All the personnel at Tropic Shores Reality definitely go out of their way to assist you in every aspect of the process for finding your dream home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Cranston, RI.
Paula was awesome with helping us find a home, she worked hard in finding exactly what we were looking for and took the time to make sure it met all our needs. She took time over the long period of time that we were searching for a home checking every listing we had interest in and finding homes that met our criteria. I highly recommend using Paula as an agent.
