Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Victorville, CA.Summary:

Never contacted me. I know things are a fiasco and all with the housing market and the economy and all. But had found a home and had cash to purchase was finishing up being qualified. And someone else called us a month in 1/2 later that the property had been sold. Many attempts in trying to reach her before this, but never heard from her. I rate maybe given benefit of doubt to her don't want to be negative we will try again to contact her if our need for a home comes up. We missed our opportunity on the home and someone a little too late contacted us other than her. Sorry you all are so swamped in the real estate business. Unfortunately it's to the misfortune of almost everyone that has had to give up or loose their homes. To this misfortune of others it is an opportunity for many, then their is the greed that others take advantage of.

What I HAVE received, however, is a few emails from her promoting 'other' properties for sale.
The PROBLEM? The emails I have received are in "bulk" to NUMEROUS others as well - so, I am on her "LIST" which is basically an 'email ALL' type thing.
I only wanted info about a specific property. NO response AT ALLfrom her.
I do not appreciate this type of "professionalism".
I must do a star rating for this to publish, so giving it a "one star".…More Less
