Sold a home in 2014.
Paula has been selling real estate in the Angel Fire and Taos area for many years. She's worked her way up the ranks and paid her dues. There are a few things that make Paula a good choice whether you're planning to buy or sell a home.

First, she has been working in land and higher end homes for several years and appears to have a good client list. Pretty much any broker will take your listing, but not all of them have the client list to actually sell your home. Rather, they rely on the multiple listings to attract potential clients. While Paula certainly uses multiple listings, she also makes contact with people.

Second, Paula is one of the few brokers in this area that has fully embraced the power of the internet for her advertising. Of course, she advertises in the conventional manners too, but she spends a lot of time and money getting her listings out there on the internet for all to see.

Finally, Paula can close a deal. After all, you can do all the advertising and attract all the clients you want, but in the end you have to be able to close a deal. Paula's unique ability to match a client with a property they actually want make her a really good choice for your listing. She's also a good bet if you're looking to buy for the same reason; she can match what you want with a property.

Paula contacted us quickly to help us with buying our vacation/retirement home. She listened our needs and got to know what we wanted in a home. We live in another state from where we purchased our new property, therefore she had to work with us on our time schedule and from a distance.
