Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Council, ID.Summary:
Peggy had excellent knowledge of the area in which we wanted to settle, Council, ID. She instinctively seemed to know exactly what we were looking for in a home and made several suggestions to look at on line. My questions about zoning laws, water rights, snow levels, etc., were all answered promptly. If Peggy did not know the answer to something I may have asked, she always let me know that immediatly. Then she proceeded to find the answers and call me back. Peggy has a wonderful personality and is very easy going. No pressures, no excuses. She was thoughtful, professional, witty, pleasant and very knowledgable. I would recommend her over and over to everyone looking for a home in Idaho!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 1996 in Weiser, ID.Summary:
