Sold a home in 2011.
Working with Peggy Lyn and Chris Speicher was a great experience. They listed and sold our house and worked as our agent to purchase a new house. Even though they are friendly and light-hearted, they know the business and worked fiercely and tirelessly to represent us as their clients. Before we decided to put our house on the market, they came prepared with comps and realistic pricing and timeline suggestions. They provided a kind but realistic assessment on what needed to be done to put our house on the market and sell it quickly. They also employ high-end tactics such as professional photography and aggressive marketing to further highlight our homes desirable attributes. In the end, our home sold within days of listing.
As a buyer's agent, they took us to countless homes which gave us a good idea of what was on the market and helped us make a final determination about a home that we thought may be "the one."
They provided sage advice on many aspects of the process for both selling our home and buying another. They helped us navigate through challenging and potentially contentious situations. They always responded to questions no matter how complex or simple (even while on vacation). And lastly, they thankfully always had constructive suggestions on how to deal with issues that arose and at times took the liberty of finding solutions for us.
