Peggy Lorence stayed with us through a very tough purchase during the worst real estate time in history. In 2010, many people found themselves hostage to new lending practices. We had already sold our house and had not closed on our new house yet. The bank hired an independent appraiser who used USGS satellite pictures for purposes that they are not suppose to be used for and consequently, held up our closing for a month. Peggy went to bat for us and stayed with us through the roughest negotiations with the bank. If it had not been for her persistence and her long earned knowledge of the business, the deal would have fallen through. She was always on top of which properties were coming up new on the market and alerting us to properties of our interest. She help us find the perfect place to relocate to and begin our new lives. Very professional and always there to answer our questions or return our calls promptly.
