Peggy Fong Chen and her team were professional and great to work with. I had a property that wasn't up for sale yet, and got a cold call from one of her assistants (Lili). She was very pleasant and polite (not too pushy like other agents). She did a whole workup of my property with comps in the area, prices, etc. Six months later when I decided to sell, I remembered Lili, gave her a call, and met with her and Peggy a week later. Peggy's a straight shooter, knows what she's talking about, very honest, professional and backs it up with her written reviews, articles and reports.
After listing my property, we got several offers, and reached a final counter offer in just 6 days!! Closed escrow in 30 days. I got so much more with Peggy Fong Chen. She and her partner Jimmy came prepared to our first meeting with a detailed market analysis suggesting a sales price higher than we expected was possible. I quickly observed that Peggy is a tireless worker. Even before the listing was ready, she had clients ready to view the house. While waiting for offers, she pressure tested our pricing with her students and worked with us on an exercise of examining comparables from the buyers' point of view.
