Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Puritas-Longmead, Cleveland, OH.
We had been looking at homes for over a year with several other realtors who really showed no drive or experience like Peggy did. We worked with her for only 3 months and finally we found and purchased our first home! Peggy was always available and worked with my fiance and my schedule to show us the houses we had found as well as ones she had found for us based on what we were looking for in a property. She is very motivated and got back to us with any questions we had including those about the area, schools etc. Her warm demeanor and knowledge of the industry made shopping for a home easy and worth while. I am so glad we found Peggy! Our house hunting days are finally over :)

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Kamm's Corner, Cleveland, OH.
I have met a lot of real estate agents but nothing compares to peggy heron, she was not only patient with us but was very knowledgeable when it comes too not only only real estate but banking as well. The next house I ever purchase will be through peggy and believe me I will be spreading the word about how great of an agent she is, it has been a pleasure being able to work with her. Thank you for everything!!!

Ms. Herron was very responsive to my questions. She was able to develop an excellent customer service relationship with my elderly parents. She took the time to explain the process and ensured everthing was completed in a timely fashion.

Peggy is very proffessional. I specifically like her prompt response in providing listing for the criteria I have asked to recieve and she will throw in a few extra that may suite my taste. She is very prompt when we set a meeting time. I am very satisfied with the sevice she provides. She is very accomodating and makes me feel very comfortable to work with.
