Seattle has unique and wonderful neighborhoods, many styles of homes plus a wide range in home prices. It can be confusing to sort through it all. You can count on me to find you the home you want. I work in the city, not the suburbs, and can tell you about the schools, restaurants and cultural activities in each neighborhood. With more than 17 years of real estate experience and as a Seattle native, I know this city!

I will help you sort out your priorities and I will give you the benefit of my expertise - pricing, how a house is presented, construction, marketing, neighborhood information. You will make your best decision.

After you know what you want, it's my job to get it for you. If you're a buyer, I work hard with you to educate you about the market and help you make your best deal. When you are a seller, I help you throughout the process of preparing your home to get you the most money possible in this market. Our marketing is targeted to the right buyers and their agents. Once we have an offer coming in, I go to work for you to make sure it is a strong offer that you will be happy with. My goal is to close the sale for your on time.
