We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Brooklyn, New York, NY
Wanted to look at a property for me and my family on Halsey St. in Brooklyn. We had not been pre-approved for our mortgage yet but I told her that we would be approved in a couple of days. She said that she would not show us the property and to call her back when we are approved. Well, we were approved actually the NEXT day and we found another house and agent!

I always advice everyone to be pre approved so we are certain about price range. I believe that is a good practice & stand by it for two reasons (1) did U know most sellers want to view the pre approval with the offer made on their home. It gives them some sense the house wont be tied up in preliminary paperwork for no reason. (2) the pre approval allows the agent & U to negotiate the price of the home to your benefit so U are not financially strapped for cash at the closing table. U got a home.

Listed, but didn't sell my Multiple Occupancy home in 2010 in Pelham Gardens, Bronx, NY.
I would recommend this agent to everyone that I know, that is interested in an agent that knows her territory and New York real estate laws and fundamentals. She has been very effect, knowledgable and helpful to me in my quest to sell my property.

Sold a home in 2010.
Perfect Quarters helped me sell my apartment at a really good price in a difficult market at a time when many apartments in my area were not moving. They offered advice on how to best show the apartment, held many open houses, promoted the apartment on the internet in some inventive ways, worked with buyer to keep them comfortable and kept me informed through out.

you have been a life and credit saver for me and I would like to say thank you very,very,very much. If you were not the agent for my property, I don't think it would have SOLD. With your knowledge of the New York City Laws and regulations, quick response and thinking in all the situations that came about on my property. You were my police officer when squators tried to enter the resident that where not to be there, City worker when snow was knee deep on the side walk and steps of the property, you had people helping you clean the walk way and steps, then you did your jobs as being my agent. I can't tell you or express to you of the gratitude I have for you being my agent. I take my hat off for you. I can't say thank you enough.Jacqu
