Personally, I put small American Flags around the walkway and OPEN HOUSE BANNERS in front.  Balloons deflate and break.  The banners are reusable and consistent.  When I place open house or for sale signs on the busy streets around the home (with the address clearly printed) I place another American Flag.  In that way, it brings attention to your home and guides the way for prospective buyers.  Put an OPEN HOUSE sign on the property a few days ahead which states there will be an open house on Saturday or Sunday or whenever.  That way, when someone is driving throught the neighborhood on Tuesday, and Wednesday, they will be reminded that you have an open house on that following day.  Make sense?  It works!  Good Luck!  Peri Kiros 321-432-1993 Keller Williams of Brevard
