I would recommend Steven to anybody. Steve has always been very flexible to work around my schedule. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Steve has a great understanding of what questions to ask and what exactly I should be looking for when purchasing a home. Unlike most realtors doesn't try to rush you into buying a home. Steve wants to make sure the home you pick is the one that you are going to love. He does not rush you and if anything tries to ask you questions into the reason why you would want to purchase the home.

Steve has spent several hours with us simply explaining the process to us (we are first time home buyers), and he has never been anything but generous with his knowledge and time. He explained the steps of how things work, answered our questions, and listened to our opinions. He is extremely responsive--he usually answers emails within a few hours, and sets up appointments for us right away. He has a strong knowledge of the area, and often notices things (asbestos, for example, or water damage) that we would have missed.
