Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Pembroke Pines, FL.
Perveen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was patient, creative, thoughtful and extremely professional. My interests always came first. She treated my home buying experience as though it was her own. Brokers and people like this are so hard to find in this city but I am so grateful to have found one that I will always go to for my real estate needs!

Sold a home in 2013.
Fantastic experience working with Perveen! She was knowledgable, insightful and always focused on my priorities. She was more of a friendly consultant than a broker. I've worked with many brokers in Miami and most are either too pushy or too laid back. Perveen is neither. She just calmly goes above and beyond to get the job done. I highly reccomend her to anyone, whether its buying or selling their home!

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $75K in Pembroke Pines, FL.
Perveen helped me find my perfect home! I am so grateful to have had her as a realtor. It was my first ever home purchase, so you can imagine my nervousness. She helped me find the best deal, it's a great place for me to live and an awesome investment opportunity. Its been almost two years now since I moved in and the value of my home has significantly risen. I was looking for a place to call home, not only did Perveen help me find my home, she also found me my first big investment!
