So....I was online looking into some different properties JUST to get an idea of what the market was like & to get current values. One popped up that I really liked and wanted more info. I came across Pete's contact info- gave him a call & sure enough, he actually answered! Which is pretty unheard of nowadays. Our first conversation was about an hour and a half!!! He broke down all the different ways of acquiring an additional property (this would be our first invest property) along with what type of amenities generally renters like vs dislike/ what amenities bring additional rental income vs what amenities would not. We also talked about areas that generally bring in better income, appreciate faster, and have less "maintenance" tenants LOL. From that first conversation- I knew he was going to be the Realtor for me. Over the next few weeks, a day didn't go by that we didn't talk/email regarding new listings. He set me up on an email list that would notify my phone as soon as a new listing came up, . I am a pretty demanding buyer and no matter when I saw something I liked- I could reach out to Pete and he would set up an appointment to view the property immediately. Pete has an extensive knowledge of the area- including if the property is at the right price point, what the rental income could bring in, and value of the location in the future (obviously he is not psychic- but pretty darn good!) We just signed on a property & he literally walked me through the steps one by one!!!!! I love this guy- can't wait for the next opportunity to come up again- he'll be the one I call.......

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Northeast Anaheim, Anaheim, CA.
