Peter handled the sale of a single family residence in Baltimore for us. He was very professional and exhibited seasoned expertise with all details of the listing and sale. Being an absentee seller, we were dependent on him for many details and services in the sales process and he rsponded to all of our needs very satisfactorily. We had constant communication with him and at no time did I feel anything but trust.
