Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Greece, NY.
Pete Zizzi really knows his stuff about the market. I have come to him asking for his expert advise on numerous real estate questions. He taught me everything i needed to know about finishing my basement, and how it could affect the sale price of my home. He is honest, trustworthy and i would highly recommend him to anyone who is curently looking to sell, or selling their home. I plan to use him when I sell this house, and for purchasing my next home. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Browncroft, Rochester, NY.
We bought our house a few years ago from Pete. He was professional and knowledgable . It was very important to him to find us a home that would be perfect for our growing family. We were eager to get out of our current living situation and he found us the perfect house quickly without rushing into something we might regret later. We will use Pete again if we ever need to but we love where we are so much it is hard to think of living anywhere else.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Rochester, NY.
Being a first time home buyer is very scary especially when you are under the age of 25! I just happened to find Pete on Re/Max Plus and I am so happy that I did! Pete made the process simple and easy. Pete listened to what we were looking for in a home and then only recommended properties that had our "must haves." He always made himself available when it was convenient for us to look at a house.
We looked at our current home, put an offer in - that was lower than the assessed value and selling price, and had all the paperwork wrapped up within three weeks. Pete helped with numerous contacts for the home inspection, real estate lawyer, and contractors.
It's been three years since we purchased our home, and I was in need of contact information for hardwood floors. I contacted Pete and within 30 minutes I had a response. He truly cares about his clients!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Culver-Winton, Rochester, NY.
Pete has assisted us with two purchases and a sale. Our most recent purchase was incredibly complicated and frustrating. Zizzi stayed calm and collected the whole time. He negotiated with lenders, sellers and attorneys with ease. He did an incredible job selling our home. He knows construction and the ins and outs of how houses work. He also has an arsenal of service providers who have been of great assistance to us. There does not seem to be any situation that Pete cannot handle professionally and with good humor.

Pete was great! He went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. He's very knowledgable about the process and always kept me informed during the purchase of my new house AND the sale of my old house. I Highly recommend him.

Pete was absolutely incredible with our Sale/ Purchase. He helped us sell our house within a week of listing, by giving us simple, extremely inexpensive, home staging tips. He is extremely diligent and more importantly, trustworthy. When we are in the market to buy another house, Pete will be our only call!

Peter was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He took the time to make sure we were also knowledgeable in the decisions we were making. He had great social media skills, including an amazing brochure. Our house sold in four weeks, with two other comparable houses on the same street including our neighbors home. I have already recommended him to a friend and she also had quick success sold her house in 6 weeks. Would definitely work with him and ReMax for all future needs and will continue to recommend him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Rochester, NY.
We called Pete because we heard he did a great job quickly marketing and selling the house next to ours. Pete met with us to discuss our property and explain what his action plan to sell our house would be. Pete was very enthusiastic and made some suggestions for us to do a few basic maintenance updates to several areas so the house would show better and we agreed on a price. When the tasks were complete, Pete returned and took some amazing photos of our house, which he used to create a beautiful slide show and brochure for prospective clients. Then, he not only listed the house in the MLS system, but to get immediate exposure, he also sent it out to over 2500 memebers of the Rochester Board of Realtors the first day. Almost right away, we began receiving calls informing us of client showings. By the end of the second week he had a written offer, which we accepted.
Pete is very professional and stayed in constant contact to let us know what was happening. He answered all of our questions and gave us the feeling, right from the start, that we were in good hands. His attention to detail and strong work ethic, combined with his marketing plan, definitely gave us the results we were looking for. I would highly recommend Pete to anyone interested in selling their home.
