Sold a home in 2011.
We had a complicated short sale. Peter's knowledge of the market and his perseverance, the sale would not have occured. He called and E-mailed my lender for months to get their approval. We talked many times a day, his cell phone is permanently attached to his hip. My wife and I did not want to rent. We asked Peter to find us a home. A very limited budget and even less time, he did just that. Home found us a home in move in condition, 4 bedrooms 2 king size,3 full baths, sun room, that was $75000 less than city appraisal and that wasn't all. With his connections and more than a quarter of a century of experience he found us financing. Without Peter's knowledge and experience this would not have happened.We would be renting, not owning a home. Peter preformed miracles for us.

He was very considerate , knowledgeble with our concerns and questions. He always had our best interest at heart and we would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Similar to many first-time home buyers, we were excited and anxious about finding/buying a new home. Peter made the whole process stress-free, including working with our busy schedules. We were particularly impressed, because at every showing, he pointed out things we wouldn't even have noticed. We were happy we chose to work with Peter and highly recommend him. Through his help and experience we found a great home!

Peter is an honest realtor that listened to our needs and helped us set our sale price appropriately.
He was prepared with "comparable" home research and provided pragmatic advice without being pushy. He is fair with pricing and provides personalized service.
In the end he helped us sell our home within 60 days in a down market!
We used him originally to buy the home we just sold and plan to use him for purchasing our next home!

Sold a home in 2010.
This was my first experience working with Peter after already having had positive experiences with other realtors and I can honestly say he blew the rest out of the water. He sold our home in a relatively short time, getting more for our home than other realtors said we would get, during one of the worst housing markets ever. His responsiveness was excellent - contacting me at work, via email, and via txting to line up last-minute showings and to negotiate the deal was impressive. He will be the person I call when I sell my current home. Highly recommend.
