Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Tampa, FL.
My wife and I met Peter at an open house he was hosting, and were immediately impressed by his kindness and honesty. A few months later, we decided to use Peter as our Buyer's Agent. Throughout the process, he showed us dozens of houses in a number of different areas. His knowledge, patience, and responsiveness always made us feel comfortable during our search. Sold a home in 2009.
Peter is wonderful to do business with. He has assisted my husband and me with two transactions over the past 3 years. We used Peter's service for both buying and selling. I can’t imagine using anyone else. I will also continue to refer him because I am confident he will take care of business.
That was the best service we have ever received. Very professional and highly skilled. Great advice based on realistic analysis, not the wishful thinking. Thorough understanding of local markets and trends.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Downtown, Tampa, FL.
As a foreign buyer Peter helped me close two short sales at a great price in the metro Tampa area and this in a very fast time frame. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Peter in the future for any real estate transaction!! He is honest and trustworthy and looks out for the best outcome for his clients.

To whom it may concern,
Peter did an excellent job marketing the sale of my house... We actually had an offer one day prior to it being officially listed! He has an easy going way with people (ie no high pressure sales tactics) that really help people make the right decision while not scarring them away.
Even when we had an offer, he (unlike other real estate agents, who statistically have their homes on the market much longer than non realtors do) did not pressure me to take it. Rather he thought it was too low and recommended we hold out for fair market value which speaks directly to his integrity. I highly recommend him as your real estate agent.
