Peter was extremely rude...Upon arrival he did not greet me at all he had the last people that where done viewing the rental open the gate for me while I waited for about 10 min. Then when entering the gates I could see peter vanish so I could not see which unit to go into. I finally got the the designation where I thought were he was and there was not sign of him. I called his cell phone to try to find which unit he was in and I got voicemail... So then I texted him and finally I got a response back. Overall the warm welcome went out the door and poor customer service approach was very unprofessional. I saw the unit from top to bottom was was very disappointed how dirty and smelled like old Mildew. Overall tried to communicate but was too busy in giving his full attention to someone else. By all respect I must be honest of how my experience went to meet peter and wanted it to be known that today on this site.
I'm sorry I was not to able to provide an excellent service experience. This was a gated complex, nearly 100 yards from the gate to the unit. We had a 30 minutes showing time where I had to walk back and forth to allow entry for all the prospective applicants. Multiple parties were present each time I went to the gate. As I recall Candice, you went through the gate when someone was exiting. I was already talking to two parties when you walked in. I gave the same information to each group at the same time. People were going upstairs and downstairs viewing the entire unit which is normal in an open house setting. It's normal to tell the entire group the terms of the lease, which I did downstairs. Then, I can answer specific questions brought by individuals, which many did. I don't recall you asking any questions. I'm sorry I was not able to give you individual attention and walk you through the apartment by yourself with so many people coming and going.
