Helped me rent a Multi Family home in Belmont, CA.
Peter was extremely helpful in finding my ideal place to rent. He walked me through the process and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I look forward to using him as my agent when I purchase a home in the near future and would recommend him to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $925K in Redwood City, CA.
Peter helped me and my wife buy our first house together. We spent about 6 months looking at houses before we finally chose the perfect house. During that time Peter patiently helped us, sending us listings and showing us the places we wanted to see.
Once we were in contract, Peter made things very easy for us. He does everything on the internet, so it was easy for us to view and sign documents from the comfort of our home. We were on a tight schedule since we were going away on our honeymoon, and Peter worked closely with the listing agent, the loan agent and the title company, calling them regularly to make sure things were moving as quickly as possible.
Even after the contract closed and the house was ours Peter didn't disengage. While we were on our honeymoon he made sure our new garden was kept watered and he even paid our PG&E bill.
Two months after we bought the house, there was a water leak from a lawn sprinkler. In a panic I called Peter and asked if he knew how to shut the water off. To my surprise he immediately came over, found the valve to shut off the water, and even excavated some of the soil with his bare hands!
Peter goes above and beyond what a normal agent would do, and I highly recommend him.

Throughout the entire ordeal, Peter kept in constant contact with us and reminded us about all of the things we needed to take care. Even when we got behind on some of the steps due to our own ineptitude, Peter was very friendly in reminding us how to get back on track. He seemed like he had done this a thousand times before and it really felt like he wanted to make the goal for our new home become a reality. We were able to take care of important documents online in a fast and efficient manner also, which helped with time. Whether we met with the sales personnel, wanted more information about the land the property was built on, or arranging to hold title to our new place Peter was by our side making sure all was in order and very observant of every detail.
We ended up finding our new house only about a couple of months after meeting Peter for the first time. I couldn't believe it. I didn't think it would be as easy as Peter made it seem. We owe a lot to Peter and his courtesy. We not only found our new place in a very efficient manner, but we also built a good relationship with a person that really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.
I would recommend Peter Kitch to anyone that was in the market for a new home!
