Phil was the best realtor I have ever dealt with! We were PCSing from Montana to Washington and my husband was still in Korea, so I had to drive over with my three small children to look at houses. He took me and my children on a tour of JBLM and then Phil, and his wife, spent the whole day taking me around to all the houses I was interested in. As we were looking through the houses he would point out things in the house that I myself may not have noticed. When were were done looking at my top choice houses he said that if I didn't quite like any of the ones we looked at we could go back to the office and check out what else was available and go look at more the next day. I stewed for the rest of the night and decided on one of my first choices but we did spend the next day getting the offer written up and trying to get a hold of my husband in korea to sign and send back the papers. In the end Phil spent 2 whole days with me looking and making sure I liked the house I chose. He was even willing to spend another day looking if I wanted. Phil was very informative on house buying and what to look for when looking at houses. I had a short time limit to look at houses and get the house purchased in time for when we arrived at JBLM. I was so pleased with the help Phil gave me and the time he spent with me from the beginning phone calls to the final purchase. When the time came for the inspection I was not going to be able to come over from Montana so again Phil was willing to take the time to come to the house and meet with the inspector. I could not have been more please with my experience as a home buyer. When it comes time for another PCS, I will definitely be calling on Phil to help us sell our home, because I know he will be there for me and my family and not just there to make a buck. I will go back to Phil for every real estate need I will have while I live in this area. Very nice man and always willing to do the little extra it takes to make sure you are happy with the process, and the result.
