Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Clarks Summit, PA.
Phil was fantastic to work with and was incredibly responsive with my questions and concerns. He is assessable via e-mail, texts, and phone calls. Phil provided us sound advice and excellent service and it was always apparent that he had our best interests in mind.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Clarks Summit, PA.
We interviewed three realtors to list our home. We chose Phil based upon his marketing strategy - using the internet, marketing outside the area, directed marketing to neighbors, professional photography - and his indepth analysis of the market to determine "the right price" at which to list our home. The pricing was "dead on" as we had 17 requests for showings within the first four days our home was listed and on the fifth day, we received a full price offer from a very qualified buyer. This was our first home sale after living in our home for 17 years and he was attuned to the fact that it was an emotional experience for our family. We were prepared for "the worst" hearing many home selling horror stories but Phil made the process flow seemlessly. I'm sure our home selling experience in today's market may be the exception rather than the rule, but we wouldn't hesitate to use Phil again in buying or selling a home. Phil is a professional, outstanding communicator and provides you with honest and substantiated feedback and advice. If you take his advice and direction, you will be extremely pleased with the results.

Definitely a great realtor! Has the buyer in mind through the whole process. Stays on top of every single part of the home buying experience and keeps you in line with all dates and times. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Dallas, PA.
Phil was absolutely the correct person for the job. My situation was unique where I placed an offer on a home contingent upon the sale of my home. He assisted in the offer being accepted and then quickly listed my home for sale. He had pictures on three different MLS listings within a day. His photographer was there two day later, taking excellent pictures, and creating a youtube video of my home. The long and short is my home sold in 15 days. This happened quickly enough that we were still able to lock in the purchase of the new home. Had another few days or week gone by, there is no way that home would have been ours. He has an aggressive yet professional and knowledgeable presence and good communication skills. He will also work very hard and quickly so you have every chance to get the home you want like he did for me and my family.

We meet Phil through our agent in VA. He sent us 23 listing to choose from for our first go round looking for a home on PA. We narrowed the search down and Phil setup 6 lisitings for us to view during our stay in PA. He was very helpful since we were working long distance& on a tight schedule in closing on our home in VA.
