We had decided to sell the family home, which wasn't easy--physically and emotionally. We didn't know where to begin! Phil Watson got us started on preparing the house for sale and guided us thru the myriad of details. We had seemingly unending questions, which he patiently addressed over and over. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $775K in Moss Beach, CA.Summary:
Phil is the highest quality agent in all categories listed and countless others. We were selling our house in a very difficult market and no homes had sold in our area in 6-9 months. To make matters more difficult we were relocating and my husband had moved and I stayed with the house through the process. What we need was an expert in the real estate industry and someone we could trust implicitly. That is exactly what we got with Phil. We interviewed many other agents and we knew Phil was the one because he was honest and easy to work with from the beginning. He allowed us to be part of the process and guided us along the way through the good (the sale) and the bad (the ups and downs, bad offers, etc). Phil became our trusted partner and a friend. He even helped us with questions and the majority of the process of the new home we were purchasing.
I would use Phil to buy or sell our next home - period. Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Once again I chose to use Phil Watson as an agent because he is a professional and is able to handle all the complexities involved with selling (or buying) a home. I was able to get in touch with him when I needed to and I never felt that I was disturbing him with my many questions.
