Showed home in 2012 in Long Beach, MS.
We met Philip at a property we were interested in. He brainstormed every possibility and each and every step we could encounter in the buying process. He made very helpful suggestions. He also spent time with us discussing future plans for the property and ideas we might like to help us maximize our investment in this property. Have not bought a house with him yet, but he is awesome and we loved him!

Bought a home in 2011.
As first time home buyers who were somewhat unfamiliar with the area we were purchasing in, Philip basically held our hand and walked us through the purchase process step by step. We were never nervous or overwhelmed with our purchase like so many other first time buyers describe. From the beginning to the end, Philip made our first home purchase a very easy process. I would recommend Philip to anyone buying a home.

Sold a home in 2011.
My recent experience with Philip LeBlanc led me to conclude that he is the best Real Estate Agent on the MS coast, for the following reasons.
He communicated calmness, thoughtfulness, and protected my interest while utilizing all of the most current tools available. He kept me informed, and responded to all of my questions promptly.
Through the use of his on-line services I was always informed of the progress of the sale of my home.
