We first enlisted Phyllis as our Realtor in the spring of 2010. After we told her the price range and general area that we were interested in, Phyllis immediately began searching for a home for us. She kept in close contact with us and she informed us immediately when she would find a home that fit our requested criteria. After a year, Phyllis was not in the least discouraged (if she was, she kept it well hidden from us) and she did an excellent job of not allowing us to become discouraged. She was very patient and never once treated us as though we didn't know what we were asking. Finally, with much help from Phyllis, we saw and understood that what we were asking was impossible and we changed our criteria to something closer to reality. Phyllis worked relentlessly with us all through the spring of 2011 and well into the summer, at which time she not only found what we had requested, she surpassed our expectations with the home she found for us. It is all we were looking for and more. We feel as though this home was built just for us, on the perfect peice of property. We would and will, without hesitation, highly recommend Phyliss and her outstanding skills and professionalism to anyone. Phyllis is not pushy. She is not arrogant. She is friendly, dedicated, efficient and totally professional in her role as Realtor. My wife, Kim and I absolutely love her and will always be grateful to her for her hard work and dedication to us as her clients.
