Bought a home in 2013.
My wife and I live out of state. When we began our process of looking for a vacation home in Tahoe, we found Phyllis. She was very responsive to helping us look, even though we were just looking. Once we were able to make a trip to Tahoe, Phyllis made sure we had numerous places to look at to ensure our time was not wasted. She showed us a variety of places, and quickly learned what we were in the market for. Phyllis kept in constant contact with us informing us of listings that were in our price range and desired style. Once we found a place, Phyllis made it very easy for us to do business out of state. She coordinated everything for us, told us what we needed to look for, made recommendations for vendors to use and was always ready and available to us when we had a question. Being out of state, we wanted someone who was honest and extremely knowledgable of the Tahoe area (social, business and other activities); Phyllis exceeded all of these needs. We would definitely recommend Phyllis be your realtor if you are looking to buy. We are very appreciative of all of her help during our process, and are very happy with our purchase!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $600K in Kings Beach, CA.
Phyllis Watson is an experienced realtor who always maintained a high level of professionalism as she guided us through our home purchase. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of the purchase, and though we live in another state, she was able to easily and effectively explain and instruct us through the CA real estate laws for our purchase.
Although we dealt with a difficult seller whose agent seemed ineffective at communicating with Phyllis, she never allowed that to interrupt her ability to construct and close a very satisfying deal for us, from our first look at pictures online, to the moment we actually turned the key in the door of our new home.
We recommend Phyllis highly and will most certainly work with her again for any real estate purchase we make in the Tahoe/Truckee, CA area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Kings Beach, CA.
Phyllis represented us as a buyer for our vacation home in Lake Tahoe. If you are looking for someone with the most patience and understanding, seek no further! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on the different types of homes and neighborhoods to consider. She managed to work with us despite being remote and was available practically 24x7 to support us throughout the process and even after the transaction to help with move-in! At no point was she pushing to close a deal and gave us all the time and breathing room we needed to make the best decision for us. I highly recommend Phyllis!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Tahoma, CA.
For a few years my wife and I had been dreaming about owning a cabin in Tahoe. We would take vacations there and look, not quite sure if it was the right one.
Then a cabin we saw on the internet caught our eye. The contact of it was Phyllis Watson, a very proactive and caring agent. Phyllis found our cabin shortly thereafter, but it was not the initial cabin we saw.
Phyllis took us for a look to our eventual cabin that was not on our list but we went for a look see anyhow. After that she took us to a few more and returned back to revisit some more. She was patient, informative, and really a nice person to be around.
Buying a house can be a stressfull endeavor, but with Phyllis we always felt we were in good hands. Phyllis goes above and beyond expectations. Anytime we had a question or concern she would address it immediately (within minutes) and always kept open communication with both of us.
If anyone would be considering buying a house we would highly recommend Phyllis as their realtor. If it arises that we would ever have an opportunity to purchase a property again, no doubt it would be from Phyllis only.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Truckee, CA.
For over 6 months Phyllis was available to answer our questions as we decided whether to rent or sell our condo. Her knowledge of the Tahoe Donner area, and the services available if we chose to rent, were amazing. She was very patient with us and made us feel like our needs were very important to her.
When we finally chose to sell, she was right on top of everything.
If we are ever able to purchase anything in Tahoe Donner again, we will call Phyllis!!

Exploring the real estate market in the Truckee area was a pleasure with Phyllis. We enjoyed her down to earth approach and candid responses to our questions. We really felt that Phylis was there to help us. She is wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend her.

Phyllis has been helping my husband and I look for a vacation home in Tahoe Donner. She has spent time helping us understand the area and the market. She keeps us up to date with all sold, pending and new homes on the market. Many times she had made herself available to show us homes on short notice, when we are visiting from the Bay Area. She understands our needs and I would
definitely recommend her.

Phyllis Watson represented us in the purchase of our vacation home in Tahoe Donner in 2009. She is very knowledgeable about the market and provides extensive market data which helped us understand the local market and ensured we got the best deal possible. She did an excellent job of understanding what we were looking for in a second home and, as a result, the process of finding the perfect property was efficient and stress free. She is very professional, courteous, honest, and always very helpful even after the sale! We have recommended her to several of our friends and business associates and will continue to do so in the future.

Bought a home in 2009.
This was our fourth home purchase and Phyllis definitely ranks as number one with us. This was the smoothest transaction even though the home was bank owned. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Tahoe/Truckee.
