Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $275K in El Camino Real, Irvine, CA.
Piere, is unfailingly positive, upbeat and friendly in demeanor, but best of all he follows up on every detail with a sense of urgency. He knows the market and has innovative strategies for making sales and finding new places. His knowledge of the processes involved and how to deal with the banks and potential buyers is expert. He will respond to calls and emails early in the morning or late at night and definitely will be there for you. He will get you the best deal available. I can not recommend him highly enough and I will use his services again. You would do yourself a favor by retaining Piere Pirnejad as your real estate agent.

Helped me rent a Condo home in West Park, Irvine, CA.
Piere is such a wonderful, friendly, very professional and knowledgable person. My divorce was just finalized and within seven (7) days, my 2 sons and I had to moved out of our old house. We were looking at the rental houses and came across one of the houses in which Piere was the agent. We sent an e-mail to Piere and he responded right away. We told him our situation, the amount we could afford and the city we were interested to live that parking for the third car is not a problem. Piere wasted no time, he showed us places. There was this house (great location - close to UCI, close to my work and easy access to freeway) that we submitted the application and gave our offer but the owner decided to give to the other couple. Then we only had 4 days left to move out of our old house and I was getting worried because we hadn't found a place yet, but Piere was very helpful and confident that he would find us a place. And he was right! He found a townhouse that was just listed, talked to the owner, showed it to us on that same day and we love it. I would highly recommend Piere to my friends for their real estate needs.

Outstanding agent! Piere is one of those rare professionals who delivers what he promises in advance! We didn't think he could sell my dad's house and close our purchase in the time period he promised but he not only did what he said, he did it to our satisfaction. I can't say enough about Piere and his team because it was a challenge that I estimated would take about 6 months to accomplish but he did it in approximately 2 months. He took the guess work and the headache out of the transactions by giving us a good understanding of the process and what steps would be needed, then he would walk us through them one by one. All the other agents were quick to push the work on us but Piere took the bull by the horns, completed the tasks, and then followed up with us on a daily basis until both escrows closed. I worked in the mortgage industry for seven years and I've seen how bad it can get. Piere exceeded my expectations.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $625K in Anaheim Hills, Anaheim, CA.
Piere is such a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to list properties right, which yields immediate response. Piere's availability and responsiveness are probably second to none in his field, whereas other agents my wife and I encountered often took days to return calls or respond to emails. Piere remained surprisingly patient throughout the process while my wife and I searched through hundreds, if not thousands, of Riverside and Orange County listings, not to mention driving to a number of homes. Most agents would've been fed up with us by then but, to our surprise, he kept his poise and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right home for our family. Thankfully we did and owe it to Piere. We recommend him all the time to family and friends.

Piere is an amazing agent. He was always up for any challenge that arose during the homebuying process. He was able to coordinate my mother-in-laws sale, her new purchase, our sale and our new purchase all at once. We are extrememly happy with Piere and would recommend him without hesitation!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in University Park, Irvine, CA.
I had a short salel transaction on my house which was done at
the end of March and Piere was my selling agent. The transaction
went very quickly and smoothly and I've been very happy with Piere
throughout the deal. He even helped me to find a new place to rent.
While professional, Piere is very nice and friendly and fun to deal with.
He is very honest and always has his client's best interest in mind.
