so property taxes are due even if house is paid in full

Answer
Good morning,Yes, of course.    Taxes on the property have nothing to do with whether or not it's financed.   One thing to make certain is that the tax assessor sends the bill to you (the homeowner) after the home is paid in full.    They've probably been sending it directly to the lender in the past.Joanna PietteNew Home Resource, LLC

I really interested in a property that has a pending offer am I also to submit an offer

Answer
Good morning,Yes, you can submit an offer for a property that is already pending.  Your offer would be considered as a "back-up", should anything happen to the other buyer's offer.Let me know if I can help.Joanna PietteNew Home Resource, LLC

Why is our house listed with 1 bathroom only. We have two. Please correct your listing.

Answer
Good morning,If you locate your home on Zillow, right at the top underneath the "Zestimate" appears the words "Owner's Estimate".   There's a tiny box below that with a yellow border that says "Edit".   If you click there, you can modify the number of bathrooms.Hope I was helpful!Joanna Piette, BrokerNew Home Resource, LLC

Are there any Certified Short Sale Specialists out there that can help me out to short sale my home?

Answer
Absolutely!   Agents, like myself, who are certified by the National Association of Realtors carry an "SFR" Designation.  They can be found on Realtor.com, rate-my-agent.com and on Zillow.   There is also a lot of information regarding short sales and deficiency judgments on the internet today.   The rules seem to be ever-changing.    Find someone with whom you feel comfortable and let them help you.Good luck,Joanna Piette, BrokerNew Home Resource, LLC

agent frustrated w/ me becasuse made 20 offers one accepted, i declined offer

Best Answer
Awww, this 'multiple offer' situation is frustrating for EVERYONE.  I can't help but think the banks (sellers) are frustrated as well, with the inundation of paperwork, dozens of different offers with dozens of different scenarios.  But alas, 'tis today's market in Las Vegas.    You say that you really like your agent - maybe a short break would do you both some good.   Take a week off the house-hunt and then reconnect.Bottom line is that you should NOT buy a home that you don't want, especially at a price higher than you wish to pay.   Just be selective; make offers only on homes that you can see yourself calling 'home'.  :)Good luck,Joanna PietteBrokerNew Home Resource, LLC[content removed by moderator]

Is it Ethical to have 2 Real Estate Agents

Answer
Good morning, I can see the other answers pertain to a buyer's brokerage agreement, and yes, I agree that you should review any/all paperwork you've signed with either agent.    But I might ask why you feel either agent would be upset over showing property in different areas of town? Some agents might prefer to stay in a very tight area, but for most, a 20-mile spread is absolutely acceptable!    Usually, when I'm showing property, I stay in one area today and another tomorrow.     If either agent feels they aren't familiar enough with the area(s) in which you're searching, let them find you a co-agent who is.    There is a lot of behind-the-scenes work for your agent  that goes into researching and planning - - more than just getting in the car and driving around.     I think you'll be much happier, developing a good relationship with one agent to whom you can express your desires and wants and dislikes .... and allow them to earn their living, doing what they do best:  Selling homes!  Good luck,Joanna PietteBroker / RealtorNew Home Resource, LLC
