It really can be a toss of a coin.. MANY tenants would love to have a pool.. where others may not want to have to deal with keeping one up etc.. also some with children may prefer not to have a pool...I am most certain you will have no problem renting....

I agree 100%... NOW is the time to be firming up your business objectives (Plan) for 2014.. The market seems to be on fire.. there are a lot of New Agents getting licensed every month... competition will be tougher as home sales continue to improve.. I am always looking for agents with strong work ethics...
