Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Latrobe, PA.
Barb is amazing! As first time home buyers we had lost of crazy questions and she took the time to make sure we understood everything as we went along. She was very quick to return our calls. I don't think our close would have been on time if she did not stay on top of things.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Indiana, PA.
Barbara came to our rescue this summer when we had difficulty finding a suitable place for our college daughter to live in in Indiana PA. From start to finish, which included 3 different house offers, Barbara was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and instrumental in helping us close on a house. She really went the extra mile to assist us, and since we live out of town, I'm sure things would not have worked out as well without her help. I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is the best realtor I have ever worked with.

I have been working with Barbara for well over 4 months now. We FINALLY found a property that fit my needs. Not only was she accommodating, but also extremely personable and very reliable. Everything was explained in detail throughout the entire process, and seeing as how I am a first-time homebuyer, that was very important to me. I really did get the personal experience that I desired when I had first begun searching properties. Barbara really delivered. We closed on my property yesterday (2/9/2012) and I honestly can say, after working with many agents, that Barbara is the best. You can bet that I WILL be referring ANYONE looking for property in the Blairsville/Indiana/Greensburg/Latrobe area to her. Thanks again Barb! You have helped my new life to get off on the right foot!

Bought a home in 2009.
I met Barbara aftering seeing her name on a for sale sign to a home I was interested in.During our visit she was quick to learn about my likes and dislikes and was very interested in showing me more.Barbara is very knowledgable about Blairsville and surrounding areas and is thorough.There wasn't a stone that went unturned until I found what I was looking for.One year later when I was looking again, she was the girl for me. Once again she handled everything for me,a real professional.To me she is more than just an agent, she is family.

Bought a home in 2009.
Barb was extremely helpful with the purchase of our home. She treated us like we were family and helped us with every detail of the purchase from the inspections to the closing. We started working with Barb well before we bought the home we are currently in. We spent nearly 4 years looking for the right house. When we met Barb, the last year and a half of our home searching was much easier and more exciting. She was knowledgeable with every house we looked at and made sure all of questions were answered. She was hands down the best we worked with.

Bought a home in 2010.
One word describes Barb... AMAZING. When my husband and I decided to start looking into our "buying" options we didn't know where to start. I got Barb's name from someone, they passed my number to her and within hours, she called. From the very beginning she was so helpful. With this being our first home, we didn't know what to expect. She lead us in the right direction... talking to our bank and going from there. We only had to look at maybe 2 or 3 homes and we found ours! Barb made the whole process so nice. She kept in touch daily, would even stop in where I work so I could sign-off on papers. She made the process so smooth. I could text her at any time and I would get a response or a phone call. Any question...she had the answer! We have been in our new home for about 3 months now and my husband and I could not be happier! And Barb even text me after we moved in to check up on everything. If you are looking for a new home.... she is the one! The best! Thank you Barb!

I am working now with Barb she has shown me some homes have not yet bought anything but working toward my first home,she is really a big help and has given me great things to go by when I do make my first offer!Any new Homes that comes to the market I get a call from her right a way she workes with me on my hours that I am able to see the home.I would recommend her to any one who is even thinking about making a purchase of a lifetime!!!
