I found Robert through Zillow and he offered me the most competitive refinance rate. I was circumspect of using a lender online and residing in a different state. The reviews on Zillow and Roberts responsiveness convinced me to go ahead. I was looking for a true no cost loan and Robert came through as promised.
The lenders he uses were thorough and required good documentation and verification of income. However the result was a great rate and a quick closing. While other lenders were taking several weeks to appraise the property, Robert was able to close the loan quickly in a busy refinancing environment. I would highly recommend Robert for your mortgage needs.

Robert was quick to respond and while we decided not to refinance I found the comments he made about the process to be in our best interest. He was also quick to ballpark figures for closing costs. If I do refinance at some point, I would definitely want to contact him.

I contacted Rob through Zillow after attempting to get a pre-approval for a conventional loan from another mortgage lender (American Interbanc). Despite my wife and my intention to put >60% down on the property and both of us having excellent credit scores (in the 780-815 range), American Interbanc couldn't decide whether to issue me a pre-approval (the issue was deferred income I was receiving from a previous employer).
I contacted Rob in the evening, sent in my application, and he got back to me after midnight with the pre-approval letter. He also responded promptly to questions which I emailed to him.
Ultimately we didn't end up using his services because another buyer trumped our bid with a cash offer. But next time we find a house we want to bid on, we definitely will contact Rob again to work on the mortgage.

Disappointed with our current lender Drew Mortgage in MA, I contacted Robert after I saw all the recommendation about his good service. After the disatrous experience with Drew Mortgage (not calling back, sending us the wrong GFE, not disclosing lender info and requirement up-front, etc...) , I found Robert clearly knows how to treat clients right and how to think from clients' perspectives. Although we can't get rid of Drew Mortgage right now, we'll totally shut them out of our future mortgage needs. We'll refinance soon and I'll definite contact Robert.
