Leslie and I have been involved in Arizona, Real Estate and development for the past 10 years and have an understanding of the changing market. It sounds so simple, but every day we hear about agents who are unwilling to take the time to provide those basic services. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $125K in Sun City, AZ.

He did everything he could get our closing done vey quickly and jumped through hoops to get this accomplished. We have bought many homes in the Phoenix area and dealt with many realtors throughout the years and David was very sincere and dedicated to get the sale done. Bought a home in 2014.

We worked with David long distance via the internet while we were still living in the Philadelphia area. He translated things we found on the internet into an action plan. On our first house hunting trip to Phoenix in May we were immediately impressed with his listening skills and real estate knowledge. He was efficient, attentive and he was willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see to get to know the different areas. He took his time with us and never rushed us through properties. David responds immediately to e-mails, phone calls or texts and if he is busy he lets you know he has received your question and when he will get back to you. He and Leslie work as a team to resolve any questions or problems quickly, research properties, or put together a bid and negotiate hard to get the best outcomes. If something comes up that he is not sure of he does not hesitate to run it past his broker to get a second opinion. His other support people - inspectors and repair people - were also first rate. We had a fairly seamless final sale transaction after backing out of several contracts due to inspection issues. Various documents, multiple signatures and initials and every other detail was addressed and covered without skipping a beat. Any problems that did arise were dealt with quickly and efficiently.  More Less

Bought a home in 2014.

We were moving across country from Ohio to Arizona and wanted to do it quickly. We were originally working long distance with another realtor from a national chain, but they kept questioning our decisions and trying hard to steer us where we didn't want to go: if we wanted certain features in a house, they would send us houses without those features and tell us why we should accept them that way, or if we were interested in a certain neighborhood, they would try to get us to look at a different one instead. It all seemed to be focused on their needs, not ours.

So we contacted David and Leslie and they were immediately such a breath of fresh air. They listened to us. We explained what we needed, and then they worked hard to make sure those needs were met. When we finally flew out to go house-hunting, they patiently showed us house after house until we found the right one. Our dream house was a little outside of our original price range, but they worked with the seller to get it down to where we could afford it. After we flew back to Ohio, they arranged for a long-distance closing, which went as smoothly as any we've ever done in person. And when we needed some work on the house to get it ready for us, they were able to recommend trustworthy local contractors to get the job done.

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with David and Leslie. They are both warm and friendly, knowledgable and shrewd. We recommend them highly.
