Phil Wax spent the first nineteen years of his professional life in real estate and tax law, tax accounting, and affordable multi-family housing development. In 1997 Phil changed his focus to residential brokerage and was a consistent top producer at the Hasson Company Realtors before joining Keller Williams Realty Professionals in 2010. Phil's unequaled breadth and depth of experience have made him a trusted advisor to other Realtors as well as hundreds of home buyers and sellers.

Jon Cohen brings over 20 years of experience as an attorney to every transaction. Jon's legal experience makes him a great real estate resource, especially when it comes to working with clients who need assistance buying or selling distressed properties (short sales, facing foreclosure, or bank-owned properties). Jon is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert – CDPE. 

Jon is actively involved with our local schools, youth soccer, the University of Colorado Alumni Association, and the local Jewish community. His children attended Bridlemile Elementary School and played soccer with the Bridlemile Soccer Club.

Viola Wax has been an Oregon Real Estate Broker since 1988 serving the needs of clients throughout the Portland Metropolitan area.  She began her professional career as a registered nurse in critical care.  Putting her clients' needs first, providing caring and compassionate service, paying attention to detail, thinking clearly, and working under pressure are all skills that Viola has transferred from nursing to her real estate career.  Her no-nonsense, straight forward approach has helped clients successfully buy and sell homes in all market conditions...and they usually manage to have a little fun during the process!

Phil and Viola have four daughters attending or graduated from Bridlemile Elementary, West Sylvan Middle, and Lincoln High schools in Portland. They actively support Portland's schools, youth sports, and many community organizations.
