Cassandra Skelley has been an absolute pleasure to work with thru out the process of buying a home in the Portland area. She was always just a phone call or email away. She made herself available for us to look at the home we purchased at pretty much any time we wanted and as often as we wanted. She took care of all of the scheduling for inspections that we requested and was present with me at these as well. Cassandra asked the various inspectors multiple questions about items that I may have over looked at the time of inspections. She allowed me to compile a fairly extensive list of repairs that I felt were needed to satisfy my requirements to follow thru with the purchase of this home. Cassandra took this list to the seller and stood firm that these items absolutely needed the attention that I requested. When the sale was a done deal there were small items that Cassandra took care of out of her own pocket. In my business we call this, "going the extra mile". I have purchased several homes over the course of my adult life and very seldom have I found an agent with the multitude of admirable qualities that Cassandra has.
