Cassandra showed us homes for over a year before we found the one we wanted.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Gladstone, OR.
Cassandra is a fantastic real estate agent. Cassandra showed me many properties and worked with me until she found me the house of our dreams. She made the closing painless and actually sped up our closing to fit our family’s needs. She also got us a great deal on a huge house. I would highly recommend Cassandra to any of my family and friends. My husband has referred all of his colleges to her as well. If you’re looking for the best real Estes agent out there then I would highly recommend Cassandra. She is very easy to work with and really has her client’s best interests at heart.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Estacada, OR.
Cassandra Skelley has been an absolute pleasure to work with thru out the process of buying a home in the Portland area. She was always just a phone call or email away. She made herself available for us to look at the home we purchased at pretty much any time we wanted and as often as we wanted. She took care of all of the scheduling for inspections that we requested and was present with me at these as well. Cassandra asked the various inspectors multiple questions about items that I may have over looked at the time of inspections. She allowed me to compile a fairly extensive list of repairs that I felt were needed to satisfy my requirements to follow thru with the purchase of this home. Cassandra took this list to the seller and stood firm that these items absolutely needed the attention that I requested. When the sale was a done deal there were small items that Cassandra took care of out of her own pocket. In my business we call this, "going the extra mile".
I have purchased several homes over the course of my adult life and very seldom have I found an agent with the multitude of admirable qualities that Cassandra has. I would not hesitate to recommend Cassandra Skelley to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Portland area.

Sold a home in 2011.
Cassandra listed and sold my home in 22 days. She did comps of my area and listed my home at the high end. I have bought and sold many home in my time and Cassandra was the nicest and easiest to work with. It was like I was her only listing when in fact, she had several listing at that time. Her knowledge was outstanding. If I ever move back to the Portland area I will use her again.

Cassandra has went out of her way to help me make grate deals on all the properties I have gotten with her. She taker's the time to get the info for the area that your purchasing in.
If your buying a home you need to us this Lady and let her show you what she can do for you and your Family.

Cassandra is one of the most complete Real Estate agents I've ever worked with. She was always two steps ahead of the transaction, she was a joy to work with and made the home purchase process simple and easy to understand from beginning to close. I would recomend Cassandra to anyone I knew who was looking to buy or sell thier home, her knowledge and understanding of the current real estate market is absolutely spot on!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Ardenwald, Milwaukie, OR.
I am a first-time homebuyer who bought a home above and beyond what I had initially dreamed! And I can dream BIG!!! I wanted a "starter home for a single working male" in the $175,000 range, and that is exactly what I got. She miraculously delivered me my "dream home" on a silver platter. It's just the right size and style; the neighbors and neighborhood is great; and even the seller and lender worked hard for me. All the details of the homebuying process flowed smoothly from my end, and I know that it was due to Cassandra's expertise (and charm). Lots of charm! She has an incredible talent for "working behind the scenes" to make things happen. What an exciting 3 months--I would not be where I am today without her--her moral support and counsel was indispensible! She was MY agent all the way...and she still is. I look forward to working with her again with ALL of my real estate needs. Sign me one awestruck homeowner aboard the homeowner's express!!!

Bought a home in 2013.
I am a first time home buyer and let me tell you how amazing it was to work with Cassandra. From day one I felt like I was going to have a heart attack everytime I talked about buying a house. It is a huge responsibility for anyone. Cassandra put me at ease with all of my worries. She was always there for me, she would text me back at 11 pm-6am if I had a random or crazy question. If you have any doubts or have even thought about buying a house you shuld contact Cassandra TODAY!! DONT WAIT! Trust me she was awesome and I would recommend her to anyone in the portland area buying a home. She is responsive, arrives early, and will go the extra lengths for you! I am so thankful that I found her and you will be too.

Sold a home in 2013.
My brother was involved with most of the selling process with Cassandra. His comment is to say that if we recommend her/hire her for another realty project, then maybe she could sell a little "faster"...this is his form of humor as she sold the house
within 2 days!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Milwaukie, OR.
Cassandra Skelley helped me to purchase a new home in the Portland/Milwaukie, Oregon area. My experience with her was very positive and I highly recommend that you consider her for your real estate needs. After viewing several properties over a couple of months, I decided to put in an offer on a 'Short Sale' property. She was very helpful throughout the transaction, which took quite a while to complete. She was knowledgeable, informative and patient from start to finish. Cassandra really stepped up and helped me close the deal by negotiating with the seller's bank when they countered my initial offer, many weeks into the process. Had it not been for her, the seller's bank may not have accepted my final offer. I really couldn't be happier with my experience and I feel very fortunate to have found Cassandra!!
