    Did not respond to my inquiry in Wichita, OR 97206.
    If you are looking to purchase a short sale home for a low price, don't even bother. I was looking at a home that was on the market for about 7 months. I got a showing of the house and contacted Scott to put in an offer on a Friday. I knew that this was not going to be on the market much longer. I never got a response, so I called back on Monday to try and put in an offer. He stated he was going to send me an offer sheet. Never got an email or a response. I contacted the actual listing agent, and they stated that someone had just put in an offer on Monday. You can see how pissed off I was when I found this out. …More Less

    We apologize for the experience that you had however the terms in which you wanted to write an offer would not have been acceptable in a short sale scenario. All buyer's must have a pre-qualification letter at the time of offer submission or the seller will not consider the offer. We wished we could have had the opportunity to find you a home however I do not think you wanted to give us a chance to help you any further. We wish you the best of luck with any home and agent that you find.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Neighbors Southwest, Beaverton, OR.
