Hello Hello, I would like to give praise to MR. ALEX PHAN. He is awesome he truly turned my frown upside down. I contacted Alex um um I would say May of 2011, I think I sent him an email. Twenty minutes later he called me, I was surprised he was on vacation in NY and here it was around 8ish and there is a 3 hours time difference. So he listened and he was understanding he knew and felt my pain I was going through I explained that I just needed out, I have to get out of this Condo, these HOA's are tearing me up. I was really a hot mess on that phone, so at the end he knew what I wanted, we set a date & time to meet to get the process started. Moving forward we met we got the ball rolling we set my Condo on the market for a SHORT SALE and we know that process can be LONG AND TIRESOME. Alex assured me, that if we stick to our plan, you work with me and I will work and help you. He was consistent, he kept me in the loop with everything,,,and anything he needed I had it for him. The traffic of potential buyers were coming, I was excited, we had a buyer and that offer fell through.. My faith started to waiver, not in Alex, but in the process, he reassured me again and said, "sometimes this process can take longer than normal, but trust me we will get your condo sold," So he strategically came up with this plan to keep the traffic coming,,So around October 2011 we had another offer , IT WORK IT WORK. Having faith and sticking to a plan and also having a agent like ALEX that really and truly have your best interest. Him and his team are awesome whatever they had to do they made it happen for me. I will ask a question who in there right mine is normally this excited about a SHORT SALE? No one should be because you lose money, but Alex and I spoke and I told him Alex you gave me my Sanity back,,,,I was literally robbing Peter to pay Paul In this condo. MY process thanks to Alex Phan and Kara Inverson and her assistant Shelley, I'm not sure of who else was in this process, but Alex and Kara whatever they said to the HOA board, they took it . This process in a Nut shell took 9 months total. The CONDO SOLD, I was so happy<:)))), Alex is the man I love his work ethic and his determination. Oh My goodness I hope with reading this, you can read my happiness.WHEN I purchase my next place I will surely use ALEX PHAN regardless I know his work and he is genuine. He is a GOD sent. Based on a comparative assessment between the services offered by Phan Hall & Associates and those offered by real estate agents my wife and I have worked with previously, we rate our overall experience with this team to be average, meeting expectations. Based on our experience we are comfortable recommending their service to friends and family for sales and purchases in OR.

The Phan Hall & Associates real estate team faciliated the listing and sale of our OR single family home.

The team provided a full suite of services to support the sale of the home against our criteria. This included providing us access to an interior decorator for installation of furniture and accessories to show the home. This particular service was provided at additional cost to us and not complimentary as it was with other agents we have worked with. However, the service was of a high quality and met expectations. The team also provides other services which are complimentary such as a local moving truck, which other agents don't provide.

The team was responsive with listing the home, and supported us with preparing it for sale. Phan Hall & Associates exceeded our expectations by interfacing with multiple parties on our behalf when my wife and I were out of state on business. We felt that the team went out of their way to facilitate our unique situation and provide us peace of mind.

The overall process expertise was adequate. There were certain areas where we were compelled to provide more guidance to the team than we had anticipated in order to present the home adequately and ensure a smooth closing, which was supported in part through our company relocation package. In this regard, the team lacked the attention to detail we were expecting and are accustomed to. An example was errors I found in the initial MLS listing.

The overall responsiveness met expectations, but tapered off as we approached closing. Our impression at this stage of the process was that focus shifted from meeting our expectations and ensuring a smooth process for us as sellers, to ensuring that the sale completed without interruption and that the buyers were completely satisfied. During this period there was a lack of communication from Phan Hall & Associates to our company's relocation agent which may have jeapordized closing had it not been for my wife and my due diligence.

We were satisfied with our overall experience with Phan Hall & Associates. They were successful in selling our home sooner than we anticipated. We believe that as the team grows in experience, many of the issues preventing us from providing a perfect score will be addressed. The primary areas for growth are attention to detail and follow through to completion.

My parents and I recently bought my first home from Alex and Scott. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to do besides looking at house listings and do research on the computer. I was extremely nervous and confused with the home purchase process. I was so lucky to find Alex and Scott as my realtors and to work with them throughout the process. They were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and easy to work with. My parents are extremely picky about houses. After explaining to Alex what we are looking for, he sent me information on houses that would meet our needs the next day. On the list, the first choice is our house now. They were always so patient with us. They were never late on showing us houses. Every time when I have a question, they will respond within 2 hours max and most times right away. I feel that I was treated with the most respect and even like a royalty. Even after the sale was finalized, Alex was still there for me finding all the contractors I needed and is there to answer questions. I would recommend them to all my friends who are looking for their dream houses!
