Judy and Kary are a great team supporting you throughout the purchase process. Competition was pretty fierce in our price range so the day houses became available, they went to the house to screen it for our needs. For those that were a match, we usually had a walk through that same evening. This provided us a competitive advantage getting bids in early.

Sold a home in 2011.
We have bought and sold three homes before using Kari & Judy and they were by far the most professional in dealing with both the selling of our home and buying our new home. Their advise was spot-on and they were not afaid to tell us what we neeeded to hear.
Together we arrived on a "for sale" price and a marketing plan that resulted in our home having four solid offers within three weeks.
Once in escrow, they sheparded the process and guided us through the maze of paperwork for both the sell and purchase.

That time came in December of 2011.
She came to my home and together we went over our goals. She provided excellent advice on how I should stage my home, her team's (Judy Gerstein) plan of action regarding signs, flyers, open houses, and what would work best for me.
Within the first two weeks, I had an offer. Though the final sale did not occur until August of 2012 (the delay was on my end not theirs), I ended up selling for the full asking price!
Through the entire process, Kary and Judy worked tirelessly often dealing with very difficult potential buyers and their difficult agents. They were always very professional, very personable, very knowledgeable, and very patient as I learned the many ins and outs of selling (and buying) a home.
I also had Kary and Judy as my buying agents for my current residence.
I would highly recommend Kary and Judy as your Realtor. They will work hard for you, get the job done and done right, and you will be very happy in the end! They make a GREAT team!!!
I would happily hire them if I ever decided to move again!
